Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- While pasta cooks, prep vegetables: halve tomatoes, dice cucumber, slice onion and olives.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, Salad Supreme seasoning, and red wine vinegar if using.
- Add cooled pasta and vegetables to the bowl. Toss well to coat.
- Fold in shredded Parmesan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
