High-Protein Cookie Dough Yogurt Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • Greek yogurt plain, thick
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • All-purpose flour or oat flour
  • Baking powder
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
  2. Add protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until a soft dough forms. Adjust with extra flour or yogurt if needed.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop small portions, roll into balls, flatten slightly on a lined baking tray, and space evenly.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool before moving.
