- Mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
- Add protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until a soft dough forms. Adjust with extra flour or yogurt if needed.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
- Scoop small portions, roll into balls, flatten slightly on a lined baking tray, and space evenly.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool before moving.
