Easy Homemade Protein Smoothie Without Powder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large frozen banana sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add the rolled oats to your blender and pulse a few times to break them down slightly.
  2. Place the frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt into the blender.
  3. Pour in about 3/4 cup of the milk to start.
  4. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  5. Check the consistency. If it's too thick, add the remaining milk a little at a time until it reaches your preferred thickness.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
