Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken (from a rotisserie chicken or poached breasts)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Duke's or Hellmann's recommended
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup finely diced celery
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion optional

Method
