Method
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until fully blended.
- Stir in cocoa powder and baking powder until the batter is thick and uniform.
- Add honey or maple syrup and mix until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste. If batter is too thick, add a small splash of milk.
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Spread evenly.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes. Check with a toothpick for a slightly moist center. Let cool before slicing.
