5 Ingredient Healthy Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until fully blended.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder and baking powder until the batter is thick and uniform.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and mix until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste. If batter is too thick, add a small splash of milk.
  4. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Spread evenly.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes. Check with a toothpick for a slightly moist center. Let cool before slicing.
