Method
- Peel the bananas and slice them into small chunks.
- Add the banana slices, milk, and sweetener (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight for firmer texture.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently remove and serve.
