3 Ingredient Banana Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas the softer and more spotty, the better
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Add eggs and mix until creamy and uniform.
  4. Gradually add cocoa powder, stirring until thick, glossy, and no dry patches remain.
  5. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly. Pour in batter and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until top is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing (about 30 minutes).
