Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and lump-free.
- Add eggs and mix until creamy and uniform.
- Gradually add cocoa powder, stirring until thick, glossy, and no dry patches remain.
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly. Pour in batter and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until top is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing (about 30 minutes).
